The Adventures of Pigg & Woolfe, 1: A Chance Encounter
Well, it took me long enough. I’d hoped to have this art finished weeks ago. Just haven’t had much free time to work on it, and too many distractions.
With plans to acquire a good tablet and install Photoshop on it, I’m trying to decide whether to keep the colored pencil version or do digital color. Feedback and opinions would be appreciated.
Oh, and as you can see, I’ve created a nifty logo for my self-publishing imprint, Steele Rose Press.
I am already started going over the edits for this episode and plan to use either KDP or KDP Select to publish it. The plan is to publish one episode as an ebook per month, but it may end up being every other month, depending on being able to make the time to get the covers and edits done on time. So, I’m not going to make any promises I can’t deliver on.
I will be doing an omnibus print version every twelve episodes with the original line art for the covers as coloring pages along with bonus episodes and world-building monographs. The omnibus version will not be available as ebooks. they will also be restricted to 18+ access due to the content of some of the bonus material.

This past Saturday, we had to say goodbye to our sweet Tribble. She spent four glorious years with us.
As of April 2018 the Waves of Darkness series of books are unavailable for sale (with the exception of a few copies of each title I still have for conventions). I have ended my contract with Gypsy Shadow Publishing.
I will be re-releasing the books at a future date, as yet undetermined, as self-published works. They will have new covers, and I plan to do some minor revisions/re-edits prior to that time.
This comes at about the same time I plan to launch the first episode of The Adventures of Pigg & Woolfe, also to be self-published. Plus, I’m about to enter a period of extensive overtime with my job. So I ask for your patience. I want to do this as quickly as possible; but I want to do it right and give readers the best quality.
